Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being. It is the ability to perform everyday tasks whether inside the office or outside the office doing fieldwork like surveying and climbing mountains, playing basketball or tennis after office hours, camping, swimming, and all day to day activities without feeling too tired or fatigued at the end of the day.
However, in the seven day period, at least 30 minutes to one hour of exercise should be scheduled at the time most convenient to you. Playing basketball or tennis after office hours is a good leisurely exercise.
The above can’t be possible if you have poor nutrition and don't have sufficient rest and sleep.
